Heard of Patricia Heaton? You’ve probably already seen her in her role as ‘Debra’, wife of comedian Ray Romano’s wife in the prime time sitcom “Everybody Loves Raymond’. News has it that the sitcom star and her husband David Hunt have listed their modern loft-style condo located in prime West Hollywood for $1,050,000. The home also happens to be the office of production company ‘FourBoys Films’ that the television star and her husband jointly own. The condo was listed in 2009 for $1,195,000 and again in 2010 with a drop in price for $1,150,000. The home was available for sale up until February 2010 and thereafter removed from listing.

Now in 2011, the home is again being listed at a further drop in price at a little over 1M. Given the state of the economy and the housing market right now, even that price seems a little too high. Of course, for a baller, price has never been an excuse to turn down a luxury condo. Read on, and you never know if it might interest you.

The architectural loft measures 1,640 square feet and features two bedrooms and 2 baths in a combination of clean and modern interiors. There are two living areas, custom built entertainment/media centers, large oversized floor to ceiling windows and high ceilings. There is a glass garage door with a roll up feature that also opens out to a wrap-around roof deck in one of the living areas. From the roof deck, you can enjoy beautiful views of downtown LA, Century City and the renowned HOLLYWOOD sign. Heaton & Hunt originally purchased the home in 2007 for $1,145,000. And given the way the market is headed, we’re guessing that the couple might sell at whatever they can recover at this point in time.
